I suspect the Bonjour protocol is not being commuicated across the VPN Turnnel by the Firewalls. I know Routers . do not pass broadcast. so maybe that what is going on? I do believe Bonjour has a wide-area service discovery. I do remember reading something about DHCP Help, in Cisco Routers, to activate DHCP Relay..I am not really sure.
